Preparation Method:
Ethyl 4-bromo-3, can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. 3,5-dimethyl -1H-pyrrole is reacted with bromine to obtain 4-bromo-3, 5-dimethyl -1H-pyrrole.
2. The resulting bromide is reacted with ethanol and a base to generate an ethyl acetate salt.
3. Finally, the target product was obtained by combining with ethyl acetate.
